In Search of the Delicious

Today, is a very special day
supposingly, tomorrow is my birthday
but, because i'll need to work, and so does my gf
so, we had celebrate my birthday 2 days earlier, at Ole Ole Bali

Very sorry, as you may not be looking at some nice picture
Because, i wasn't even aware that my gf will bring to that place
If i had know earlier, probably, i'll bring camera along

And, it was night time... the pictures were bit dark.
I can only use my hp for the pictures





I would love the surrounding very much.
It makes me feel like as if, I'm in BALI now...
And it is really a BALI feel Restaurant





Barley Lime, comes in a big JUG
sorry to borrow picture from Vkeong (although i don't know him)
However, it was at night time
And I can't use my hp to get a beautiful cup of barley lime
I was a tremendous drink.
Not to sour, but it opens up your appetide.




Ok, this is one very nice dish
Ole Ole Trio, once nice spicy dish
It combines the Sate Lilit, BBQ Wings & Cumi-cumi Goreng (is actually sotong)
Beside you will have tartar sauce, sambal matah & sambal terasi

Today, let me present you the famous Chili Pan Mee
Hand made pan mee, serve with minced pork, half cooked egg, ikan bilis, spring onions
I would like to say, this is probably the best i've ever eat
The best in town.

If you are a chili lover, i would strongly recommend you go for this
If this is your first time, i would suggest you to put in a teaspoon of chili,
then test if it is hot enough or to add another teaspoon.
Because it may taste super spicy if you put too much.

If you are going at lunch time,
Definitely, you will have to wait quite long for a seat, or to eat
Cause it is always full with customers and people are willing to wait
Just to eat the yummy tasty spicy Chili Pan Mee

All you need to do is go and tell the boss how many bowls you want
Then, a maid will pass by giving out drinks.

If you aren't able to eat chili, they also have soup noudle.
But they will need time to cook the soup as it is cooked seperately.

Now, put a teaspoon of chili flake into the pan mee and mix the egg with the pan mee

Once mixing is done, you may start with it.
Feeling hot, spicy enough?
If yes, then continue with the mee.
Not hot enough? You may add some again.

If you feel yourselve on "fire", here's a soup for you to "cool down"

When you walk in, you will see many stalls
But, don't misunderstand
The waiter/waitress will bring you to your table
After they take your order
The order will be inform to the specific stall
Then the chef on the particular stall will prepare your order
Interesting idea, isn't it?



I really love the place environment



Honestly, I really feel bit hungry as i did not had my lunch for the day
However, when you reach your table
The waiter / waitress will pull out a chair for you to put you belongings
I would be enjoying the services they provided
But we did not waste our time to take our order

It consist of fish, sotong, prawns and cabbage.
It's most spicy, except the cabbage.
All of us were enjoying the spiciness of the meal
As it really taste good
